Cannabis is a weed in some parts of the world by definition. This would be more like hemp still growing in Kentucky, and ruderalis growing in Russia. Although if you look at modern day marijuana is has been selectively bread over hundreds of years to achieve certain dominant traits. This differs wildly (pun intended) from what we would consider “ditch weed”, or wild cannabis.
The cannabis strains you buy have typically been heavily worked to nail down certain traits that the end user will find helpful. High cbd, high thc, a complex terpene profile, etc.. are all things modern day cannabis is bread for.
It’s come a long way since cannabis was actually a “weed” though.

Cannabis is just one of many genera in the family Cannabaceae. It's just a plant but a plant that is special to some and meaningless to others. In the plant world there isn't really anything special about it. It doesn't need anything special than other plants need to grow and reproduce. You can plant it in your front yard and it will grow right next to a dandelion and thrive without doing anything special. What makes it special to some is the effects it produces when smoked or consumed. As an actual plant there is nothing special about it with regards to growing it. Treat it like a tomato and it will be fine. Treat it like a cucumber and it will be fine. All you need to do is plant it and give it the same food other plants need and it will grow. It doesn't require all the cannabis specific mumbo jumbo people think it does.

Thanks guys for the positive input. I haven't been here for a while. I was looking for perfect soil and feed, temperatures, sunhours, humidity, topping, pruning, anti fungal and other pests, growing- flowering-drying-times etc found most in my own documentation. Anyways thanks again.
