hey guys these are at 9 weeks today and i only have to flush em
do you think they are done or should i give them another 1-2 of nutes before i flush
i always chop early and this time i wanna get it right
the strain is double gum and they are in r/dwc

the only real way to tell would be to get a jewelers loop ,or a cheap magnifying glass that does atleast 10X and see what color the trich heads are ,once they start going milky and amber your good to go..you'd need a super dope camera with a good macro setting for anyone on here to even begin to give you and honest answer ,I've been growing for many years and besides hazes,or land race sativas have not ever seen the need to go beyond 70days of 12/12...hope that helps

yeah i think i might go with trics cause this plant is not showing any yellow in the leaves

is that a hermie? i see some things that look like possible male parts, looks really good though. trichomes are not the only thing to go by, they are important, but the swelling of the buds is just as important. start flushing in a week or 2 is my opinion from what i see.

thats not gonna work, you are smoking the pot, not eating it. things taste different burned than how they taste if eaten. I would not do it! that plant looks great, just flush with the standard unsulphured blackstrap mollasses(which helps the microbes that break down nutes your plant cant really use now into more useable ones) and cut and cure normally..

can you use the mollasses in hydro

I agree with a clean flush. Why take a chance of ruining something thats already perfect.

we are using nearly the same everything so it will be interesting
but is the flush even necessary ( i know the point of a flush)

Sorry, noob here. What is the exact point of flushing/what is it? does it remove excess nutrients or something? And, is flushing necessary when doing an outside grow, or is it mainly for hydro?
