Lollipoping my plants. I have a few questions.

I was going to start lollipoping my indoor garden to try to increase yields and cut down on waste. I used to do this outdoors when I had it under tomato screen and whatnot.
I have plants at various stages of flowering, somewhere just put in and some are almost done.
My question is: can I lollipop during flowering or should I call what is in the flower room a draw and leave it alone?
I don't intend on going crazy just taking off some of the branches on the bottom that don't get any light.
My main concern is shocking and dwarfing the plant growth during flower.

i like to wait till vertical growth has virtually stopped. sometimes i go crazy with it others i forget all together and just grow as a shorter plant.

I'd say the first 2 weeks of flower. It really should be done in veg. I've done it in flower before with no ill effects. Just slowed them down for a week or so.
