The size looks pretty good for solo cups. I would pop a plant out and look at the roots. They might just be ready for a new home. Also, im not sure, but are you using sunlight from the window. If you are than they look just as good or better than most of my houseplants. You know after looking at the pics, i just think they need to be transplanted deep into a larger container and given plenty of light. They look like they had to stretch a little as seedlings. The old fan trick strengthens those stems too. Id check out those roots. They will be easy check because you were smart and used a solo.

I'm going to grow them out for another week or two in the solo cups before I give them a transplant to my 1.5 gallon pots . These are the plants I'm tossing outdoors come mid May and there under a 600w blurple and a few CFLs till then . Buddy Lola grows is just a squid troll I had a pretty good laugh as he said I would need lots of help and I don't know what I'm doing and shouldn't post my sickly looking plants..

Transplant the bigger solos ... let it begin more rooting and branching before topping. Plant will have more room to setup more structure and be more accepting of topping / fimming and not constricted. Even if if the 1.5 gallon is another stepping stone to a bigger transplant , let it grow out proper.
