Locating the best driver

So I'm building a clone and veg station and I intend on lighting them with some diy led's I rig up. My issue is with drivers. The configuration I came up with is:

(2) Vero 13 @500mA (32.3v) elg-75-c500
(3) Vero 18 @1050mA (29.5v) elg-100-c1050

The problem is trying to find these drivers is a pain.

So my question is two fold. One, what are some other driver options that you much more informed folks can conjure up? Two, with both of these drivers being relatively new, how was this done before? What I'm getting to is that I see non constant current models of elg and hlg and in the data sheets it is stated that they can be run in CC configuration but I don't understand how this is or how that works.

Thank you in advance, I've been trying to learn and am pretty confused and overloaded with info at this point.

You may have already factored it in but ELG won't run on 110-120 VAC

If you can work out something with 700ma you could consider the smaller HLGs for the veg area. For the other space <35 watts, maybe APC-35-500. Not great efficiency but it's only 35 watts anyway...

PLM-40-500 would also be an option.

No I didn't factor that in bc I am an idiot. I see pages of numbers and get lost.

I think I've settled on running the 2 Vero 13's off of an APC-35-350 and (3) LPC-60-1400's for the (3) Vero 18's. I've chosen to intentionally under drive the 13's while sacrificing some efficacy with the 18's. Seem legit?

And if I'm understanding this all correctly, when selecting a heatsink that I'll be using (passively cooled), I'll need to dissipate 22w for the Vero 13's and 126.9w for the 18's?
