Living soil perpetual room build?

Moving and getting a whole room so time for something "new". I'm in a 100g fab pot now I have x2 650r lights and some cheap 300w cob lights.
Want to go perpetual and looking for suggestions. Room is approximately 12x13.
So far I was considering just dividing the room, veg and flower side, but swapping back an forth. Veg few months then flip, veg the other side few months then flip. One side flower while the other veg.

Also, like the idea of idk say 8 45g pot's on rollers, constant veg side, and flower side. Start and Veg in 45g pots then roll over to flower side when ready and staggering them, put one on the flower side every 3 weeks or something.
Anyone have anything to say on light movers? Seems people say to just get more lights but the idea of it makes sense, dosent it?

I run a full 10x12 room and run a veg tent. In week 4-5 of flower I take cuts or pop new seeds. I harvest 3-4 times a year. IMG_9367.jpegIMG_9363.jpeg

Thats beautiful nice work..
Got a few questions, I assume you take cuts an veg till harvest is done then transplant them or do you have a rotation of pots?
How many pots do you run? And how big is that scrog net?
I’m running in coco with 3 gal pots. I don’t have a rotation of pot although that would work. To save space I keep them in solo cups until after harvest is done and then transplant into 3 gals to flower. I either take cuts or pop seeds which is a bit more risky unless you run fems.
