countrywide m8 been raining for days in the south, could work out ok tho cause they reckon it will heat up early aug and hopefully aug/sept are the hottest months cause thats flowering time, but tbh don i think they gonna stay outside till me dad gets back from japan early aug then im gonna get him to finish them off indoors, its abit of a ghetto area where they are 2monster livers in the garden would soon bring probs with the stink.

was qaulity that 1st episode really enjoyed it, im only feeling fresh this morning cause monday night i over done it a little and was so ill yday no way i could ava drink.

hows the diet going see ya got a pushbike n been off the white bread a while sounds like ya going for it don, i need to fix up am a member of a plush gym only 10min walk away pool,saunas etc cost me silly money a month but av i been for wks! er no lol

and been on the takeaways pretty bad too, not fucking good.

Aye its now or never to shift the weight for me. To be honest just cutting out larger and eating healthy I'm already losing. When I get my star back to the gym ill shit it fast hopefully... fuck do I miss a nice cold pint tho never mind a takeaway. My local gym is a reet spit n sawdust job, full of bouncers. But its literally over my back fence so I'm going to join.
