Little white spots on leaves

Started the neem treatment last Friday and have spray twice, leaves and soil with 10ml of neem oil in 250ml of water.
yeaterday I spotted 1 thrip, today I treat with neem oil one last time, hopefully that’s the end of it, the damage seems to have subsided as I’ve noticed new leaves around the bottom end seem to be clear of white thrip spots.

New growth also seems not to be infected with thrip eggs so fingers crossed they’ve fucked off.

If you're still seeing them, you've got them still and need to continue treating.
Try treating every 2 days instead of once a week.

I’m yet to see a thrip in the last 36 hours, plants look healthy with new leaves clear of eggs, hopefully that’s it but I’ll continue to watch.
