Little seedling not growing anymore

there are other soils you can use but I prefer light warrior and am going by what I know. talk to your nurseries and ask them what soil they have that are good for seedlings or what might be very low in nutrients (they don't need to know what you are growing).A hot soil is a soil which is high in nutrients(nitrogen being the one doing the most damage on seedlings). your hot soils usually contain some sort of guano(bat shit, worm shit, seagull shit etc....). I do not recommend a hot soil for seedlings. its better to be safe then sorry. you can always add stuff but you cant take it out unless you flush it and to flush it as a seedling is just crazy. You should be as gentle to your seedling as you can. there only going to be in the low nutrient soil for 2-3 weeks. just make sure the soil you get will dry easy because if it holds to much moisture, it will get stem rot and die
 
she obviously is having issues with her plants and Im trying to help her and save her grief. do you have any input for her other then I do it and its fine, just cant really water it in hot soil?if you havnt been in the sun all year and then you go out in it all day, would you put a blocker on or baby oil? you wait till you get a good tan before put an enhancer on or you fry. Same way with plant, you get it strong enough before you introduce a hotter soil or it will burnnn. you say she needs to water correctly but your also saying by using a hot soil you have to water a lot less. I'm confused

Thank you so much I appreciate all your help. I bought Happy frog and I am definitely going to put my two younger ones in the new soil but I'm not sure if I should with my two week old one or not since you said they shouldn't switch to a hot soil for 2-3 weeks. well since she is 2 weeks would transplanting her do more damage or should I transplant her into the happy from as well? I have noticed that her first set of true leaves have a little yellow at the tip of them. Do you think that might be nute burn from the ffof or nitrogen toxicity? I tested the nitrogen in the soil and it said it was very high. what can I do to lower the nitrogen? I'll post a pic I took today of her...
