Little green bug! wtf is it?

So I noticed a little green bug one of my plants (couldn't get a pic). I don't know what he is. Right next to where I noticed him, there were a couple of water looking drops on a leaf or two. I know its not water, I didn't water for the last 2 days. No appearant bug damage. Any ideas? I need help!

Plus it has like little red markings I think. Please help!

I know. Unfortunatley the damn thing scurried off hella fast and I couldn't catch it. If I see it again ill try to get a better.

How big is it? if its really small it might be an aphid and im only saying that because of the wet droplets you said you had also aphids are green. but im just saying that from what i heard it looked like.
