Little advice

are these lights anygood for my first grow? Trying not to spend much.

Dude those look like LEDs from a Light Bright.

Real grow LED panels cost way more than 30 pounds.

You should go w/ CFLs if you are on a limited budget.

Yeah i noticed they were cheap, think im going to stick with cfl's. DO you know any good sited for a full cfl setup?

Well, most people just buy individual bulbs and just use normal corded sockets. You can buy everything at a store like Home Depot or Lowes.

Ive seen some of the larger CFLs w/ reflectors on e-bay but for the cost and the amount of heat, you might as well go w/ HPS.
