lites

i have a little, room in one of my grow closets, where i flower. theres a 400hps growlux, red spec, for flowering, i dont have much room at the moment.
what i want to no is, can i put 4 euparia, 10 day old plants under the lite, while im vegging, the flo lite they were under isnt strong enuf now. i only want to keep them under the flowering lite, for a weekto 10 days,/ untill i have the room to put em in the vegg room.
will a 400hps growlux for flowering be ok to vegg for a week or two till i have room.

Yes It will be fine, you can use HPS from start to finish if you like but wont get great results, but 7 to 10 days is fine they might be confused by the spectrum change for a day or two but none the less will continue to vegg

but isnt there different lites for vegg and 12/12, i have a 4oohps blue spec and a 400 hps growlux red spec, for 12/12.can i still use any lite for vegg or flower if i had to for any reason.

True its not the ideal light but i don't think you'll notice any harm to the plants. Just be carefull not to burn the babies going from flo to hps.
