Just wanting to see what others use for carbon filters and how long they have lasted for you. You can give a short detail of room environments and ect. DIY welcome to post to.

I have two flower rooms and one veg/clone room. Both flowers I use the Can-Filter brand 66 model exhausting at about 400 CFM and the veg room I use Can-Filter brand 50-38 Special model exhausting at 275 CFM.

Veg room stays at 72-84(day) degrees with 50-70% RH. Flower rooms stay at 75-84(day) with 50% or less RH. All three have been running 24/7 for the last 14 months, still working strong.

I use 400+cfm 6 inch fan attached to a grow bright carbon filter from htg. i just noticed the other day how dirty the dust sleeve was so ill be beating that out in the next few days.

But other than that i mainly use it for all my exhaust and so far its lasted me about 6 months of almost constant on minus about 2 weeks ish

Still no smell. Even though it is winter and smells are less potent in dryer air.

i've got a phresh fliter and it's at least 2 plus years old and going strong.. just took off the outer covering and washed it and put it back on and am back in business.. :D

Here is the one I use and it has worked for going on 3 years but I only have my exhaust fan about 1/4 of the way turned up (1000 cfm). I got the AirBox2 and have been more then happy with it. They are a bit pricier then when I got mine but they do work well and have the refills if needed.
