lil white tiny larvy in my res??

ok so i went to do a res change in there i seen a lot of these lil white things . they look like just whit specs on the top of the water but when you put your finger in the spot they kinda jump away,, i got some on my finger and they turned black and look like lil worms. they might be a 1/16" long and a hair width.. i tried to take a pic but it shows nothing but my finger.any one have a clue what it might be..
running a flood n drain and a bubble bucket with one plant in that and 10 clones in the FnD .. all are with in a week or 2 from harvest.. c99.. i will try to get my loop glass and get a close up.. what are they and what hills them???

SM-90 will kill them and keep your roots white. I suggest always using SM-90 at 3 ml per gallon for all hydrosystems.
