Lil Help Please

I was hoping one of you fine growers out there can help out a newbie with this plant problem. The plant is a clone growing indoors under cfls in soil. As you can see there are brown spots on the leaves and the stems are turning purple. I know I read somewhere here what that was but I have a poor memory. I mist the clone daily and water only when the soil feels dry down about one inch into the soil. I hope the pics show what you need to see to make an accurate diagnoses. I thank you all in advance for your help.

Misting your plants is not a good idea especially if you mist with nutes, that's what it looks like, droplets of nutes burning the leaves.

The only nutes that I can think of is the soil is a miracle grow potting soil. I haven't put any other nutes in the soil. I only mist with water that I leave out for a couple days so the chlorine will dissipate. You think it could be the soil mix? I know miracle grow is not the best but it is all I can afford atm. I have other plants I have started from seed (bag weed for now, newbie grower here on my second grow.) in the same soil mix and they don't show any signs the clone is showing. Here are some pics of the plant I cloned from.

foliar feeding (misting) is not at all bad for your plants. doing it with nutes IS (unless they're organic). but if you're just using regular water that's fine.

the purple stems are genetic, bro.

the brown spots look like bugs, dude. nute burn will make the plant curl from the edges and turn yellow. those leaves will never heal, unfortunately. all you can do is hope that new growth doesnt get affected the same way. keep an eye on your plant and if the condition worsens then take action.

lets not sweat the small stuff...if u use miracle grow you cant control the the feeding it gets. 3 little brown spots dont mean shit. back off .. let the plant grow...you will know if you have a serious problem. then ask

Thanks for the help I greatly appreciate it. I will keep doing what I have been and keep a close watch. Luckily I am coming into some cash and can soon invest in some better lights and a better setup. Again thanks for the help and I will keep you posted.
