How would i go into this ventilation? Do i just vent out the stuff out of the box into the attic or should i vent it it out of the attic itself cause there is some holes.
 
Ok, ventilation in the box is all you need. If you can somehow circulate the air in the attic too, this could be helpful, but not that much..

The most important part is your box. ;-)
 
Hmm.. A 12 v powered 120mm pc fan should do for exhaust fan. And for intake you'll need two or three holes on the opposite side of the box so the air will come in from there.
I suggest you would put your pc fan somewhere high in your box and make the holes for intake somewhere on the bottom(on the opposite side).
 
A pc store!! Nice and cheap!! You'll also need a 12v power supply to strip it's wire and connect the red and black to the red and black of your fan!!
 
Try get two, Iv'e been using one but didnt feel it was quite enough, stuck two together one on the outside, one in.
