Lights

Hi guys, was out in the garden last night, when I noticed the light going of for about 5 minutes then on again; this happened once again, but of course I don’t know if this happens regularly or not; checked electrical supply-all good.

Could it be the hps bulb or the Ballast?

Most likely the ballast.
U reckon it was maybe just a blip; reason I’m asking is that it’s only about 6 months and I didn’t use my shed for about 6 weeks, when I moved plants Outdoors...
I only noticed it coz I had a fire and a beer near my shed, and then the light went and then came on again; never happened any other time; I go in there at least twice a day.

If it’s buggered do U know a good make that won’t break the bank?

If my question doesn’t make sense, then I blame it on having just sampled the first of this years crop...

I have a 400 that does that if anything else sharing that circuit kicks on. My other two lights don’t do that. It only started this after moving it to the circuit it’s all on now. I have this feeling most digital ballasts are made by just one or two companies. iPower and Apollo are both the same basically. I think. I might be wrong.
