Check this site out SH Hydroponics > Dual Spectrum High Output Fluorescent Lighting Kit . Keep in mind the cool white or blue spectrum are for vegatative growth and the warm white red spectrum bulbs are for flowering.

nice linkl thnx. Also the first link from home depot are close to what I have. i got mine from home depot. go look in the lighting section and they have these Otto brand natural sunlight grow lights. Made by a Dr. Otto hence the name. They work great and they dont get too hot.

are you talking about the OTT-lite. I got that one from home depot.
I went to walmart, and home depot and I asked several diffrent people were I could get CFL lights and they didnt know. basically I couldnt find anyone to help me.
anyways are those lights in my links CFL lights?? yes or no...

this is where I get my bulbs. Its the same thing as the Stealth hydro bulbs only cheaper. go with the 85 and 105 watt bulbs but remember they are medium base so they won't fit in your average lamp socket. if you need socket enlargers/reducers try here. http://www.mylampparts.com/product_info.php?cPath=537_722_723&products_id=2982

alright so I planted the seed yesterday. and I put one 17W OTT-Lite on it. and its has alredy grown about half an inch in about 18 hours. so..... is that pretty good.

42's are weak dude. maybe for one plant it will work, but the more light the better. I would get higher wattage.

right now, I am just growing one plant.. this is my first time even attempting to grow as you can tell. so I am just figuring everything out.
