ok i have another question im using 3 13 w floros and 1 23w floro is that enough heat and light 2 grow 5 plants?

Just like Doobsday said:
You need more lights than that to flower one plant. you'll get leaves, but you need lumens (more watts) or you will get a few fluffy popcorn size buds that shrink to nothing.

Stop buying all those cfls for 5-10 bucks each and buy a 400 watt hps used on ebay for $50-75 shipped.

What would help if your 18? Anyways they are stretching you should get a 4 foot shop light for these and start them with that get it touching the top of the plants its fine .

get the hps light you wont regret it, even if you have to go down to your local lowes or home depot and buy one of ther security lights
