Actually I was being a bit of a smart ass, but if you are looking for "inexpensive" rather than top performance...there's stuff like this

Got it for $471 CDN

& this for $138 CDN

Good luck
I would honestly never buy a light that is 450 watts when the company is advertising it as 4000 watts, I hate deceptive vendors. There are many cheaper lights out there and the one you linked might even be good, I just refuse to give money to those who intentionally lie about heir products.

There are some chinese 240w from wall for around 150 CA after shipping, do your homework and listen to the board guys on here for best advice. Im not one. If you find cheap good light that flowers 5x5 let me know. On strict budget. Think of leds as ten year investment, good ones last at least that long. Hlg has excellent reputation. So do a few others, chinese lights you pretty much forego any warranties, throw aways.

so I want to get the good lights, but who has the best prices?
please share findings with me please, not trying to be ass either. Some cheap lights are very good lights. Have you thought of using 150w cob for 2x2? Optic is expensive but others out there, migro has light for 2x2 and looks very good. Might be too close for cob.

Shoot for 30 watts per square foot so you want 120 watts of decent LED or more. Try for Samsung Chips and Meanwell drivers and you should be good. I am not a fan of the deceptive practices of some light companies but most of them will get you to your goal. I am testing a Mars grow kit as I was tired of the debate surrounding lights and it is doing the job. It's a 150 watt light in just over 2x2 space. You can see it at work here https://www.rollitup.org/t/mars-hydro-ts1000-complete-grow-kit.1045778/ . I must admit it is getting the job done. I am also about to test the Viparspectra XS2000 in a 2x4 tent. Can't say how it will perform but I am going to test for myself and see. The specs look good.
