Lights? Should I leave them off

Ok so I just planted the seeds into soil after using the paper towel method to get the roots to sprout. So my question is probably dumb but do I turn the lights on now or do I wait till the seeds break soil to turn them on?

The reasoning is to achieve a higher temperature while sprouting leaving a higher success rate for the seedlings.

Like other mentioned it's important to have a light breeze blowing along the pot surface to stop any fungal disease to form like wilt/damp off.

Yea I have a fan in the tent also. Ty
