ok my lights arnt hps lights they are hls lighs does ne 1 no if this is better or worse for m plants i have no idea what hls stands 4 so if ne 1 cn hlp plz do so

HLS is a halogen and not ideal for growing, they put out far more heat than usable light for the plants and causes lots of stretching. Invest in some CFLs (spiral fluroescents that fit in regular sockets) or an HPS light.

ok i have 1 more question will it still grow bud like i dont care how uch bud it grows i jus want it 2 grow bud

no, it will kill your plants before you ever get to the flower stage. get rid of it, get some cfl's; you can get four 23w for ten bucks, they're not expensive...
