If your running a wire from a single or double hone socket up the break amp by 10 amps don't worry about wire or anything yet just get the breaker sorted open your trip box and see what's labelled better still open it and take a picture post it here and I can advise further I'm an ex electrician

2.5 amps isn't sufficient for a single 720w light; I'm not sure I understand the configuration.
