so last night i left my plants on 24 hours and theyre still on now today is one day of 24 on ok if ive been doing 20 on and 4 off for just one day

Yup thats perfectly fine just as long as your not in flower

You can leave it on til you flower...I switched from 18/6 to 24/0 to get rapid growth.

but one of my plants is an autoflwer can i change to 24 on for the next week til i begin to flower them or will it fry it

Autos flower based on age not light. They will flower automatically eventually.
