personally, i would just go with the best value for the amount of lumens produced. i've never heard anyone diss a particular brand of light. stay away from ebay or other used bulbs as they lose their brightness over time.

ok new ? can i use a blacklight in my grow room during lights out??? or has ne1 seen the colored cfls at home depot i was thinking i could use the green 1 because the plant shouldnt be able to use the light... i know its just better to stay out but every1 knows thats not always possible

ok, went to menards today and got an 85w cfl. the sticker on the front said daylight so i didnt look at the color rating. got home and realized its a 5000k color spec. is this going to work for the blue spec i need in veg
