Lighting

I have been running 1000 watt m.h on my plants in a 5x5 area since there start. I'm wanting to wait another week or two before I switch them to flowering under my led full spectrum lights would it be ok if I dropped my thousand watt m.h down to a couple 150 watt m.h I'm not looking for more growth just kinda stalling them until I get the rest of my lights I ordered Trying to switch over to led completely cant handle the bill for awhile

You could do worse than leave the 1000MH in for the first week or so of bloom - The stretch will react great with the lights, giving you a week or so to sort your shit out without stalling the grow.
But if expense is bad then yeah a couple 150's will do the job (not sure but if its too tight for space then no go, but you may even get away with 1 150).

Good luck

The effect of reducing light intensity in a big way is likely a stretch response as opposed to stalling them out. I do not think any positive benefits would be there vs just running what you have until the LEDs arrive. Your tops will likely stretch while the lower branches wont get enough light.
