I have HLG boards now and they're sweet, but the ChilLED shit looks awesome. You can build a kit or get a prebuilt one.

This would rule a 4x4, but it sure ain't cheap.

That light has some crazy PPFD numbers even at 2 ft! 2.8 umol/J is no joke either. I need a 4x4 lol.

Something like this
Ok, I'll have to check that out. Cause right now I have a Mars Hydro ts3000 in it and it's way to hot. I can't keep the temp down even with fans inside.

It stays between 82°-93° I can't get them lower
Invest in a better extraction fan and make sure your removing the heat from the house and the thermometer is not in direct light.

Run light on in the night time and off in the day.

85f is a good temp, you only need to shave a few degrees off.

Spending the money you need to change from a mars ts3000 to a HLG or similar quality light isn't going to make much difference to your temps.
The mars is not as good as the HLG but the benefit of the HLG would be the total light output and not really a reduction in temps.

Do I need to have some kind of ventilation from the tent besides the carbon filter and extraction fan?
Can you put up a picture of your setup? I feel like there is something that is probably obvious just getting missed. We all have our moments.
