Quick question. I have a 4x4 tent with a 1000w cool tube I have it exhausted out of the tent and my temps stay at a constant 79-82 degrees. My question is that when my light is at the top of the tent. So I need to lower my light with it being 1000 watts? Or is it okay staying at the top? I don't want to stretch the plants so if I have to lower it I will.

Dial it all in , Stationary lighting works well if your willing to lift and raise the plants and lower as they grow .. A thousand watt kept more then a few feet away will ensure some unwanted internode spacing and some strains will be much worse than others so again Dial it all in .......
