go to GROW JOURNALS

once you get there, put a title in and some tags, in the message bar type in what you have (lights, plant type, conditions, ect)

be shure to add pictures (press the little paper clip, if u cant find it press advamced search and its at the top of all the little options (smilies) upload pics, and press the paperclip again and insert them)

basically its a journal of your plants growth, from seed to harvest. update the journal with info and pictures about 2 times a week (you can do more if you want)

also people will follow you through your journal and help you through it

13w is how much wattage it casumes, 60w is what kind of light it immatates

forget about the -like a 60w bulb thing- good way to talk about just 13w cfl and lumen power for example i have a cfl, which is 60w and its power 55 lumen per a watt so it gives me 3300 lumen, -and it is 6500k (daylight)- .i take these lightpower at home: one 400 watt hps -55000 lumen, several cfl (6500k) total 200 watt -almost 12500 lumen. these are giving me totaly 67.500 lumen

And, there is lux thing, lux mean again light power calculation thing. real :) sunlight on an average day ranges from 32 000 to 100 000 lux. i guess, i have 22.500 lux power at home on the plants, so it is difficult to catch real :) sun's power
