Lighting Question

I am just starting to grow and bought a 400 watt HID light that uses MH and HS. How many plants can I grow with that light? I bought 10 Purple Haze seeds and 10 White widdow seeds and a few cotton candy haze seeds. I was hoping to grow 10 plants at once. Will that be enough light?

nope i have a 400 right now and i was pushing it with 4plants ..unless u do sog then yeah..

i flower 12 plants under 2000 watts and they barely fit. I supercrop and lst but no way can you get 10 under one 400.

Welcome to the forum!! Lets keep it simple. What I do is get a T5 or CFL setup for vegging. Less heat and cheaper to operate. Bloom with your HID. You can easily do 4 medium sized plants in a 4'x4" area.
