lighting question??????

ok im germinatinf 10 swiss chesse seeds and i was wondering when i should start putting light on them. Should i gradually ease them into light and how how long should it be hrs/days after germination should light be brought into the there life,Please i need help first grow so tips are needed

after they germ. i put them under light 24/7, never had a problem.

After they germinate, plant them in soil and just leave the light on so whenever they DO sprout, they have light.

24/7 or 18/6. right after they pop, put em in ur medium and under the light, make sure it is not to close if the lights have some heat.

so just leave lights on 24hrs a day ok got that so 24hhrs the first day? when should i change lighting times? also im using 600watt hps is that to much at first

save that for flowering, go get some floros or cfls for veg
