u definitely have a very very long way to go if your asking these questions, not to be a dick but the absolute first thing you dont wanna do is plant those plants in the same soil, 1 plant = 1 pot... if u go flouro then you need to understand the kelvin rating you will need for the bulb, if u use the sun it might just bud on you from seed because it will be less than 12 hours of sun per day...temperature, humidity, cleanliness, these are all big deals, the reason im telling you this is because the process of growing medical marijuana is very long and if you mess up sumthin your gonna be very pissed, just do it right the first time...and good luck...

ok just to let you know this is my frist time growing and i have them in the plastic flower pot just to get them started or should i have put them in one pot to start of with

You need to design and build a grow room, proper lighting, air flow, odor-control, water access ect...
read up on how other build their grow rooms to see whats involved in such a project...

Your gunna need some cash and time...
and I would knock down your plant count unless you have plenty of room

I wouldnt start all the seedlings in a shared pot, because their roots tend to tangle together when you try to seperate them, it can damage roots
then again, I wouldnt grow a beautiful plant in the filthy dirt either...

buy some super cheap tiny plastic pots 1 plant in each, as they get larger you will see that you need them in separete pots...when they get bigger you will need to keep them under 3 or 4 compact flourescant light bulbs. make sure the bulbs are a 5500-6500 kelvin...the bluer light..you will want to keep these lights on 24 hours a day, no darkness, if u do any darkness at all dont do more than 4 hours a day. when they get bigger you will switch the light hopurs from 24 hours a day on (or 20/4) to 12 hours on and 12 hours off...with the more orange colored lower kelvin rating of around 2700-3000 kelvin,...and drumroll....good lcuk

keep in mind this is a very low wattage cheap set up the more money you have the more lights u can get...u wont yield much with this method i just told you, if u have the money or space buy a 400 watt high pressure sodium set up
