lighting help? so confused?

first time farmer. live in a place where it is very hot, so im going to move three plants in side. is 2 cfl lights enough? they are 26 watt soft white 2700k each, 1650 lumens each. how do i figure the lights to plant ratio? and how far should the lights be? please help asap!!

nope, no where near enough
youve got like 18W per plant where a general minimum for any cfl result is 100W a plant
