lighting decision

I have a 3x3x6.5 grow tint. Econo wing reflector with 400 watt hps. I plan on adding a intake and exhaust with filter but I'm havin issues deciding if I should go with a 2ft 8 lamp T5. Only reason I'm considering is cause of the heat issues. Would it b worth goin with the T5s cause I can place them closer to my plants or is it not worth loosing all the lumens compared to the HPS

HPS all the way penetrates alot deeper and will make dancer buds

i need help wit the lights cause i dont wanna fry my plant, here are my light choices i can have 1 or 2 lights in it-

* 1-2 100 wat bulbs standard house lights
* 1-2 60 watt bulbs standard house
* 1-2 60watt bulbs with a yellow coating on them

could u give me advise on what would b the best bulb and how many

they are not expensive for a 400HPS local grow store will sell it for no more that 300$ for a brand new one.... but im sure you can find one for cheaper ... i found mine for 100$ and its a better than nature balast

Thanks. Ill stick with my 400 hps. Ill just have to get a air cooled hood or a cool tube.
