Lighting combo? need advice

Recently i have changed my lighting strategie from x4 t-12 gro-lux bulbs to 2 gro-lux and 2 softwhite 3000k bulbs as you can tell its a mix of the 2 under one reflector hood, i added a sodium high pressure bulb but its only 70 watts, is the hps even worth having it on? also my timer i had for the first week of flowering was really shitty and inconsistent, but i got a new one.

the hps isnt prolly helpin to much and if it was me i would pair up the shortys and the tall ones so you can get the lights down on top of them!!
