lighting advice needed

I've just finished building a small cupboard 48" wide 36" high 20" deep. I will be scrog growing with nft 205, two of these will fit side by side just! my lighting set up is 2x 250w hps . my question is should i have my lights with bulb at both ends , bulbs in the middle or bulb reflector bulb reflector. hope this makes sense, what I mean to say is what is best setup for even light coverage.

You want your bulbs set up inline with each other if possible, also makes it easier to set up ventilation, which you will need in a space that size with 2x250 watt lights. Also, get some metal halide bulbs for veg, most lamps run both and they have a better light spectrum for vegetative growth.
