Lighter green spotting on leaves?

Hi I'm currently on my first indoor grow. I just started giving nutes at half strength, 1/4 teaspoon in half gallon of water. Im growing one plant under one cfl bulb. I'm noticing some lighter color on the leaves, it doesn't seem unhealthy, but like I said this is my first grow and im kind of unsure. Also my nutes are 24-8-16. I'm in the vegative stage right now.

first thing light one bulb... need more

More light. Just one CFL is NOT enough light.
