Light supports or Light rack

My plants are out growing the PVC cage I have built and I need to find something like a coat rack thats heavy and durable enough to hold 50pounds.

I was thinking of two 7' ladders and putting a steel bar in between and hanging my lights from there but I thought I would check with the pros first.

Any ideas?
