light straingth and temp?

how strong must my light be to grow a few plants in a grow box?and what temp and humidity levels are ideal?

for CFL's at least 4 40 watt "Daylight CFL", don't know about temp tho sorry.

honestly im new to growing and just kinda experimenting so the more tips i get the better
but thanx for the help

keep it under 90 for sure. attempt to keep it in low to mid 80's and you wont have a issue. always check ph of your water and nutrients mix's. with cfl's the more lights you can fit the better. try to keep the bulbs around 3-4 inches from the plant at all times.

i tried 60watts per square foot but wasnt great im running just over a hundred per foot this time and doing well this time
