Spider mites can cause this...pluck a leaf, flip it over and put 10X loop or some other way to magnify it..sometimes you can see the bug itself and other times only the strands of web they leave behind. I dont know if they are actually a spider. I mostly grow indica and when I do have a problem with them it is with the younger plants that are not producing whatever it is they dont like in the "older" plants...I had some skunk#1 and that strain started to smell 2 weeks after germination, I also had a batch of sativa... the sativa was toast and the indica had no more white spots once the skunky smell kicked in. If it turns out to be SM and you can quarantine the plants you can buy some lady bugs that will make quick work of the sm. Indoor spraying for sm is done the same way you spray for fleas...it takes 2 sprays (bug bombs), 1 for the sm, and again for the eggs when they hatch.
