LIGHT SHOPPING FOR A 4X4

I got to say, I'm firmly on team HLG. They are the leaders in R&D they change the game and everyone else copys them, customer service is impeccable, supposedly their lights last for ever(haven't grown long enough to say first hand). But they are costly. OP is asking about a light that is around $0.4/w so I assume either budget is an issue or he has not grown long enough to be ready to invest in top end shit. I'm absolutely stocked with my adiding, they don't even have their grow lights on their web page since about a week after I ordered mine. At the end of the day light is light as long as you got the right spectrum you will grow perfectly good bud
I have two first generation 260s with I think are 3000k boards and they still are rocking!

Too bad HLG has none RN, but it's a good light.
I think this would be a killer for a 4*4 even though it's high enough power to flower a 5*5 it would flower plants at 50-75% dimmed.

They are sold out of that one currently - it's old enough it's not on the new product page, so you'd be lucky to see a refurb pop up.

I know that's right!
I almost linked another light that WAS in stock the other day.

The Scorpion Rspec is overkill but super coverage on a 4*4, but for $749 and a decent discount of 10-20 percent or more & I'd consider it if I was looking.

I use this little beast in a 4x4 puts out some light.
I hang higher than recommended PPFD 650 DLI 40 Lux 29000
