Light leaks and fan

Hi all,
Hope you guys are keeping safe! I've just gotten a Jardin DS60 2x2x5 and a Stealth 4 inch fan kit.
The tent seems to have some small light leaks around the seams and zipper nothing major but I'm just wondering will it be an issue, they're very small like pinholes.
Also the fan seems slightly loud I have a controller on and it's on the lowest setting, has anyone used the AC infinity cloudline T4 fan?
Any help would be great thanks guys :)

Not sure about fan. But they are not quiet. Slightly loud sounds like its normal lol.
Light leaks are bad. Even pin holes. Ive seen single plants in my light dep stretch and only on one branch due to pinholes. A pinhole was hidden behind a purlin. But black gorilla tape works well for me. Not the white. With white tape i have to use layers to completely seal and be dark.

You can reduce fan noise by doing a few things...

Have ducting on both sides of the fan, even if you only need one side. Just a short piece will help tremendously.

Use insulated ducting

Soundproof the room itself. Door leak a lot of sound. If you add a door seal around the frame, and add a door sweep to the bottom, it will make a huge difference

Don't mount the fan directly on the wall or ceiling. Hang your fans from the ceiling with bungee cords, or nylon cord, and eye hooks

Use a larger fan, and run it slower

Get bass trap wedges (Amazon), that are used in recording studios. Place them in each corner of the room. They capture sound, and convert it to heat, but not enough to notice.

Cover, or soundproof your vents. They are horrible for sound leaks

Hope that helps. Click on my grow room link below, to see how I soundproofed my room. Probably have to go to a few pages before the end.

Also, if the room isn't fully lit up after lights out, the plants won't detect anything. They can handle a couple lumens, such as a bright full moon. So dim lights won't penetrate the tent enough to cause issues.
