Light leaking in? How bad?

I accidentally tapped the wrong button on my camera system. Instead of the camera covering temp and humidity controller, i tapped the button for the camera inside the tent to tak a pic using the IR camera! Oops!
I'll attach a pic, it's the bottom half of the screenshot. I just flipped the lights to 12/12 three days ago.
My question is of course: Should i expect a hermi now? Or multiple hermis?

Theres no pic. It all depends just how bright the light is, if you can clearly see the plants then yes it will cause stress, one or two days is not likely to affect them much at all but it's not good, however if it's just a little light it's no big deal light leaks into my tents through the air ports and there is no affect.
