light leak - seeds - harvest ?

so i am (medical/personal) growing Amherst SourD (told its a 9week strain) in a 4x8 tent in a garage with a 600 and 1000w air cooled hoods. everything is dialed in, temps, co2, soil, nuts, ipm.....buds are huge, dense, a great crop is forming. been growing in this same space/tent setup for 4 years now. the only changed i made this year was going to 15gal pots and i added some duct to the intake to be closer to the cold air from the window.

around week 4-5 i start seeing red hairs on some branches directly under the center of the 600 (first in line from intake)
i thought russett mites first and started spraying green clean. no other sign of bugs, no twisting leaves etc.
now at week 6.5 (day 46, started12/12 Oct 1) i see some nanners and now i know i dont have mites but a light issue. Apparently the 6in duct was reflecting light from the intake window through the flexi duct tube and into the hood and down onto the plants.

So last night i inspect and find some small nanners, plucked them off with tweezers. and think great, about a third of the 3 plants under the 600 are seeded. i feel (squeeze) one bud, i dont feel hard seeds yet.
what do i do now?
the buds affected are mostly/all red hair shriveled up and buds are dense and falling over. trics are mostly clear some cloudy.

Do i harvest the pollinated buds now in week 7 and let the rest go?
how long can i go before actual seeds form?

OR let it all go and have a lot of feminized seeds?
I dont need seeds at this time.

ps i fixed the light issue last night by moving the duct away from the window last night.

lesson learned, light travels through silver flexi duct.

thanks in advance for your help.

i just checked the tent for light. With the duct in the window the tent is still completely dark.
i checked with my clone guy(he only does clones), no other reports of hermi from his other clients growing this strain

so that leaves bugs. or another source of stress to form nanners. gonna keep spraying and use a higher power scope to see if its russetts. and keep checking for seeds.
