Says it's made in part with "heavy foil". I don't know, try using it if you want. Were it me, I probably wouldn't take the chance.

i just dis-connected my lights to see which set up would be best so no heat can get to the ballast, are there any heat re-tractors that can be home made? my plants are peeping out the pots now, and my lights aren't even set up! DRAMA

get some white reflective materal for inside box, some holes on the bottom for intake and hole on top for exhaust fan.. make sure the holes are at a side that will not b getting natural light in to your box for night periods, or u can use a bent pipe... u know..
what light u using?

as long a your ventilation is sorted to take out the heat you will b fine dont worry bout buld bursting and that shit... just make sure its fixed to the roof well and stuff.... and fit a smoke alarm if ur worried.. :peace:

so... i'm growing on a window seal at the moment and it seems to be working fine should i put them inside a grow box when the sun goes down so it can have 24/0 ????

set up a grow box and stick with it it more reliable and you are less likely to put your babies in any shock, get a timer and put it on 18/6 that way the plants have some time to rest at night

reliability, if you have the proper lights and a timer you wont have to worry about moving them or stressing them out with any lights in the house you turn off in their dark period

i really need a fan if this is going to work.... but it is a fluorescent shop light light and it seems to be quite a bit brighter than CF's and larger... do you think that would be sufficient for 2 small plants until i can get a proper setup like the one you have?

no idea came from some low grade bagseed, i named it strawberrybumfluffkush,
and it is definately sativa, so the people before me must not knon how tto grow cuz it came out of some shitty shit
