Light for auto flowering strain

A quick question. I am doing a stealth Pc Grow , i have finished my pc case and now working on the growing medium. I am building a dwc chamber for inside the pc case. My question/Problem is i only have a 125 watt red spectrum bulb. I think most autoflowering strains kick in at day 16/17 but i dont have a grow bulb for this part. I have thought about rigging up a small seedling chamber powered by a couple of small power cfl like 2x 60 watts or something for the first week maybe , im just concerned there is no growth light for the plant to get a good start inside the pc case . I think the pc cases you buy online have a dual spectrum , but i dont have that luxery can i just go with the red spectrum because its an auto flower also with the auto flower do i still swith to 12/12 or stick with the 18/4 i was going to change light cycle at day 17.

Pc case is 24'' tall with pc fan drawing air in and dual x box 360 fans sucking air out. Lighting is 125 watt red spectrum envirolite. Im doing a low girl autoflower which ill either lst to keep inside my pc case. I do have a feminsid sensi star seeds which i would normally grow in my aqua farm in a 1m2 tent but thats off the books , if i thought i could grow my sensi star in my pc case i would but i think it may not work and get 2 big with even the best lst action going on ,thats why i am doing the auto flower strain which im hoping to keep at about 17 inches tall , any feedback, ideas would be great and any fearless comments about me doing the star will be taken on board and get me drooling as i love the star ................

One thing I am pretty sure of is that they flower best on a 20/4 cycle all the way thru to finish. You dont have to change the cycle.

Autos aren't light timing dependant and do their things regardless....I typically run my lighting 24/0 although most use 20/4. Lighting can and will affect yeild but not potency. Do you have room enough for a small T5?

you can buy an xbox 360 and seeds! but cant afford some cheap cfl's??? and as far as lighting goes, 20/4 or 18/6 is always good! you can go 24 but i like to give my bulbs a break! for my own piece of mind i guess! you could also do that sensi star on 12/12 from seed too my friend! hope this helps

Maybe its from a broken X box 360?
...I mean no sane person would destroy a 360 for fans that u can by for 10$?

You can use that red spectrum bulb from envirolite, it will work fine, I have vegged under envirolites 200W red spectrum w great growth, just keep it close to the plant. Its not optional, but will do the job. Now i veg w 1 x 200W red spectrum + cool white fluoros...

Thanks Dudes for the reply's , you were indeed correct with the Faulty Xbox 360 i ripped the guts out to fix another etc and had spare parts , they work a Treat i think i am going to 12/12 the star from seed once its established itself....

Just wondering can i grow with just a 250w cool white cfl only , its a lowryder#2

Don't see why not! Just make sure the light is close enough.
