Light deprivation greenhouse?

Been doing some serious research about greenhouse growing in hopes of eventually going legit commercial, came across this rad light deprivation system (click for link). My basic question is if this helps with lack of light too, or if it's only for climates that let your plants get too much heat with a standard greenhouse. My hope is that it'll prevent light leak from the lighting system at night (good for stealth too), but I don't know if that feature alone would be worth something like this. Does anybody have any experience with these?

this looks nice, it can be used to induce flowering in longer days and to elongate daytime by artificial light, while keepin it stealth and keeping the pests away from the night light. no experience with it but i bet it will be good.
