Light cycle interrupted

Hi there

My plants Northern Lights, 9 days into flower...

My Bluetooth timer failed and plants had extra night time. Not sure how long only found out in the morn when I went in it was still dark.

So decided to turn lights on and off myself but one day later I forgot and they got extra 3 hours light.

That night back to normal schedule.

My question is what's the chance of hermie. I've had click button timers mess up my schedule before but must've been worse as they did hermie.

How soon after the interruption will I notice anything bad if it was to hermie.

Thanks.

Buy a working timer and set it up. A few hours of interruption won't mess anything up, but trying to get through 10+ weeks without forgetting multiple times is unlikely. The more you mess up, the more stressed your plant becomes, and the higher chance to cause problems.

Thanks. I've set 10 alarms morning and night on my phone lol. The Bluetooth timers I have were really affective until recently. Not sure why they're not working in there anymore but are inside the house.

I would invest in a 4 pack of mechanical timers from home depot (like 20 bucks) for my sleep schedule. But if you are very consistent from now you will be fine. Good luck!

You should see some stress in the next few days. I think just 3 hours of extra light may not have been enough to do much harm.

They may start revegetation by growing strange single blade leaves every where. It should be fine. I would use the timer going forward. Be sure to give no more than 12 hrs of light a day going forward.

A little extra darkness will not harm your plants when they're in flower. It's the extra light that you need to be concerned about. Good luck going forward!
