Plant is about 7" tall and has about 5 sets of true leaves 4 weeks from seed in a 5 gallon dwc..... Question is can I just go from the light being on 24/0 then switch to 12/12 ???? Or should I ease it to 18/6 then 12/12 ???

It makes no difference. I go straight to 12\12 with no problems, your problem will be size. That's a small plant to flower.

Thanks super... Just 24/0 just makes it easier bc I don't know exactly the time I want my light on, light off right now... Won't be switching to flower probally for close to 2 more weeks.... Also like I previoulsly told you I transplanted the plant into a bigger net cup and the roots are long and big so I could only pull threw a couple of roots and the rest are in between peebles and my gro cube... Gonna be top feeding for a while, hope the roots like this are ok???

That's why transplanting net pots in hydro isn't recommended. Been there, with mixed success. I set my water at about 1 1/2 to 2 inches below the bottom of the net cup, and 6 of 8 plants made the stretch, but 2 just balled up and faded away. Those two were a rather finicky Jack Herrer that just wouldn't cooperate. Good luck. :peace: & be kind.
