So this is my 3rd indoor grow using a viparspectra 450w and Mars hydro 300w I've had no problems with my last 2 grows but I saw this today was wondering if it was just light burn

Soil is coco coir
Nutes are fox farm trio
I water once a week but getting ready to step up to twice last watering was Sunday

How far away is your light? From what i read, high power LED 300+ watt should be kept like 30 inches away.

Potassium def can look like light burn as well. How is your PH? Have you been keeping it around the same?

I'm probably wrong but I feel like it's either light burn or nute burn. I just uped the nutes to full strength the last watering

That could very well be it then. Obv some plants are a little more sensitive to nutes then others. Are you using FF Grow Big? My plant was a little sensitive to that.

You will need to add some with every watering.
I suspect your buffering was not good enough, or possibly the coco not rinsed well enough before the time.
This means even though you are adding calcium and magnesium, all they do is kick off Na and P into the water while stealing the calcium and magnesium in exchange, where they are bound up, not really available. Remember never let your coco dry out, and never use neat water.

Calmag can be applied in a foliar. aim for something between 150 and 200ppm total solids in your foliar.

Foliar sprays are always my first gotos when I suspect deficiencies. Sometimes the roots are damaged/overtaxed and unable to supply what is needed in a speedy manner. A foliar will deliver a bit of everything needed, all over the plant almost instantly.

I would brew a nice EWC tea and spray down the whole plant to prime its immune system.

Do you have a recommendation on ppm meters? Yeah I generally add Cal mag every watering I totally just spaced it last one. They're just in coco for now going to put them in soil in about a week or two I normally just go soil and perlite mix nothing special hasn't done me wrong yet. Trying to decide on a final pot size for 6 plants in a 2x4 tent tho that's hoping all 6 show female

They are all pretty much ok, they have metal tips so, less finicky than pH meters. EC is probably a more valuable measure for this.

Mix lots of buffered coco into the soil, or the roots won't be able to leave the coco core. Imagine pushing a car while standing on a heap of fluffy toilet paper. No matter how hard you push, you are rooted in something soft and pliable.
